GASB Letters for 2008 As a by-product of the December 31, 2008 actuarial valuation, TMRS produced information in the 2010 Rate Letter package entitled “GASB Compliance Data.” Each city will find actuarial information and funding progress results for calendar years 2006, 2007, and 2008, which will assist the city in making appropriate disclosures to comply with GASB Statements No. 45 and No. 50. 2010 Municipal Contribution Rate Letter.
GASB Letters for 2007 As a by-product of the December 31, 2007 actuarial valuation, TMRS produced an attachment in the 2009 Rate Letter package entitled “GASB Compliance Data for Employer/City.” In that attachment, each city will find actuarial information and funding progress results for calendar years 2005, 2006, and 2007. The information will assist each city in making appropriate disclosures to comply with GASB Statements No. 27 and No. 45. Due to the complexity and volume of data in that attachment, the information is not available online. If you are unable to obtain a copy of your city’s 2009 Rate Letter Package, please contact TMRS.
