City Correspondent Certification Courses
These two-day courses give City Correspondents the knowledge and tools they need to function in partnership with TMRS. These classes are usually held at the TMRS Headquarters in Austin; two classes are planned for 2010, in April and November.

Regional Pre-Retirement Conferences
These are free one- or two-day events designed to help employees better understand their TMRS benefits and make plans for their retirement. The programs combine TMRS speakers with experts in Social Security benefits and financial planning. They are especially useful for members eligible for or considering retirement. TMRS provides lunch.
Regional Funding Workshops
Funding workshops are designed for city finance personnel, to keep them informed of TMRS changes and plan funding options.
