Ad for Investment Support Analyst
Texas Municipal Retirement System, a public pension fund in Austin, Texas, is accepting resumes for an Investment Support Analyst. This is a non-supervisory position, available immediately, with a salary range of $53,190 to $66,495 depending on experience, with an excellent retirement plan and benefits package. There is no relocation benefit for this position.

The Investment Support Analyst is responsible for providing high level technical and administrative support to the Chief Investment Officer and other Senior Investment Team members. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and preparation of manager and consultant search questionnaires and evaluation tools, recommending and developing new reporting tools to improve communication and dissemination of fund information to various audiences, preparing Board meeting agenda communication pieces, assuming a project management role for investment program initiatives and supporting the due diligence efforts such as data gathering, data analysis, and report preparation.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience in the asset management industry working with financial professionals. Experience as an Executive Assistant would be valuable. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, math or other quantitative discipline.
