Plan Design
Every TMRS participating city chooses its own plan design, which can be viewed in the tables below. If a city provides Updated Service Credit (USC) or Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA), it can choose to do so one time or every year.
- If the city offers a USC or COLA one time, only the effective year of the last adoption will be displayed
- If the city offers a USC or COLA every year, an “R” will be displayed after the effective year
- If the city does not offer a USC or COLA, no effective year will be displayed
