We are thrilled to share that Beach City has officially joined TMRS, with its participation effective October 1, 2026.
As the 947th city in our system, Beach City adds even more strength and spirit to our growing community of Texas municipalities committed to providing secure retirement benefits for their employees.
Nestled along the western shoreline of Trinity Bay in Chambers County, Beach City shines with its beautiful waterfront views, thriving wildlife habitats, and deep historical connections to early Texas settlement and nearby landmarks significant to the Texas Revolution. The city’s bayside charm and close‑knit community are at the heart of what makes Beach City such a special addition to TMRS.
