Brooks Bennett
City Manager, City of Round Rock
Brooks Bennett was appointed to the Board in October 2026.
Mr. Bennett brings more than two decades of public service experience, beginning his career with the City of Round Rock in 2004 and advancing through roles in Communications, Information Technology, and executive leadership.
He became City Manager in 2024 after nine years as Assistant City Manager.
A lifelong Round Rock resident, Bennett holds degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas–Pan American.
