Colin Davidson
Chief Service Officer
Colin Davidson serves as the Chief Service Officer for TMRS, where Colin leads the organization’s strategy for serving members and cities. In this role, Colin oversees all service offerings, including the Member Service Center, Benefit Administration, City Services, Actuarial Services, and Education Services that support more than 270,000 members and over 940 participating cities.
Before being appointed Chief Service Officer, Colin served in roles throughout the organization, including in the Records Department, Members Services, Communications, City Services, and Education. Most recently, Colin was TMRS’ Director of City and Member Services.
Throughout Colin’s 20-year tenure at TMRS, he has been recognized for his strong leadership, innovation, improving service, and advancing TMRS’ mission to deliver secure lifetime income to employees of Texas cities.
Colin is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a B.A. in Psychology.
