Isaac Tawil was appointed to the Board in October 2025. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas. He is a proven community leader with over 25 years of dedicated service to Texas municipalities. Tawil received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UT Austin and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University.
