Bill Philibert

Bill Philibert is the 2024 Board Vice Chair. He was appointed to the Board in February 2013 and reappointed in July 2020. Mr. Philibert has served as Board Chair and Vice Chair, Chair of the Audit Committee, Vice Chair of the Budget and Compensation Committee, Chair and Vice Chair of the former Advisory Committee on Benefit Design, and Chair and Vice Chair of the former Legislative Committee.

David Landis

David Landis was appointed to the Board in September 2013 and reappointed in April 2016 and May 2022.
